Your first appointment is a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll take time to understand your needs, answer your questions, and discuss a personalized plan for moving forward.

Most appointments are 45 to 60 minutes, allowing time to discuss your concerns, complete a thoughtful evaluation, and develop a care plan without feeling rushed.

We provide mental health support, medication management, and preventive and wellness care. Your care is personalized based on your symptoms, health history, needs, and goals.

Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Your first appointment must be completed in person, and some follow-up visits may also require an office visit when clinically or legally appropriate.

We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. If we are not in network with your plan, you may still receive care as a self-pay patient, and we can provide a superbill for your insurance.
