Meet your Provider

Colleen Haney is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health. An honors graduate of Purdue University, Colleen began her nursing career in 2009 and later earned her BSN and MSN, ultimately achieving dual certification in both primary care and mental health.

Her clinical experience includes long-term care, home health, hospice, acute inpatient care, and internal medicine, giving her a comprehensive perspective on the full continuum of patient care. Colleen is committed to providing judgment-free, supportive care and believes wellness is best achieved when both mind and body are addressed.

At BHealthy Integrative Wellness, Colleen collaborates with patients to create personalized wellness plans focused on prevention, education, and empowerment.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active with her two dogs, and spending time with her fiancé.

Frequently asked questions

Your first appointment is a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll take time to understand your needs, answer your questions, and discuss a personalized plan for moving forward.

Most appointments are 45 to 60 minutes, allowing time to discuss your concerns, complete a thoughtful evaluation, and develop a care plan without feeling rushed.

We provide mental health support, medication management, and preventive and wellness care. Your care is personalized based on your symptoms, health history, needs, and goals.

Yes. We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Your first appointment must be completed in person, and some follow-up visits may also require an office visit when clinically or legally appropriate.

We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. If we are not in network with your plan, you may still receive care as a self-pay patient, and we can provide a superbill for your insurance.
